Bought computer for replacement. Prints are so washed out they are not useable. Copies are not bad but colors are much more vivid on my 6 yr old printer. Both in normal print quality. Support had me reload drive. I'm running windows 7. Doesn't help. Trying to return. Other than print quality seems to ba a good machine. May work fine if aren't running windows 7.
