Paper = 8 pages of various 8 1/2 x 11 forms from a personnel folder. Various paper weights and colors. All had top 2 hole punches in them. Results = Many 'check paper' errors. Many tries with errors occurring on different sheets. What was an error page one time went through without a problem the next time. Answer = Reverse the paper so the 2 hole side goes in last. Result = Flawless operation, no problems. Copies at receiving Fax were very good. I only mention this because my fax machine at work would take the 2 hole paper the normal way without any problem. I have only had this unit for less than a month but I have had no problems sending,receiving or copying. I have the Fax set to 'Fine' and the copy to 'Best'. A power loss may result in you having to reset the time and date, all other settings are saved. Print heads are cleaned...Read more |
