Dell MFP 1815dn All-in-one Laser Printer

I work in a busy office environment wherein this printer was utilized, as advertised, as a central printer/fax/copier. We have now gone through FOUR of these machines: all replaced due to malfunction under an extended warranty that had to be purchased on top of the cost of the machine.

Our most recent replacement only lasted three months before malfunctioning. (It started printing everything almost completely illegible/faint/faded, despite cleaning the drum and changing the toner cartridge to a brand new one, twice. Dell claimed this may have been due to inadequate power, however, the power was sufficient to run two other similar printers that we tested on the same circuit. After testing, they agreed to replace the machine, again.)

Printer works extremely well in meeting my needs economical as to disposables. I have HP InkJet for color needs use Dell in most applications. It was some difficult for me to set up due my needs to have it wireless & networking to three computers.
