Print quality is good. Power cord receptacle protrudes from the back like a design after-thought Noisy operation There is only a rear paper feed (no cassette) so you have to swap out between paper and photo paper. Footprint pretty large compared to other all-in-ones No local retail support or cartridge availability (Dell direct only) Technical support is adequate, but unable to resolve this issue. Initial start up very slow and it often takes a full 2 minutes to print a document after you "wake the printer up" Dell offers a n/c recycle program. You put the old cartridge in a postage paid mailer and drop in the mail box. I received my first printer and got only 30 pages and 5 prints from the cartridges included.
