This review is from: Lexmark X2500 All In One Printer (Factory Re-certified) (Personal Computers)
Got this all-in-one new; very soon it had software problems (running on a Vista OS), not printing until after the next restart of the computer (or sometimes being completely lost and requiring a new print command). Finally after a paper jam was cleared, it would go to "99% done" on its transmission of the print signal and then die, with no way to continue. Now it cannot be used at all for this reason, even to make a copy. Lexmark's support could not solve this, claiming that this clear software failure was actually a hardware problem! Now we're junking the Lexmark and will replace it with a Canon (a company that has served us very well in the past). Did not give it 1 star only because it did deliver good quality copies and prints for over a year and more often than not it would print immediately (not always having to wait for a restart). It still works fine as a scanner.
