I didn't buy this from Amazon, but got it on sale a year ago from a physical store. I love how easy it was to set up the functions. It comes with a step-by-step wizard and after a few tries, even got the fax machine set up. The machine will talk to you to let you know when it's printing and when it's finished printing. If you run out of ink, it will tell you to reorder. Plus, it doesn' just shut down if you're out of color. It will just prompt you and you can print your document in black & white. Great product...hasn't disappointed me yet.

I can see why they discontinued this model. It eats up print cartridges like crazy.
and they are expensive. The amount of cartridges you use in a year, will pay for a new printer many times over.
To expensive to operate.

We bought this printer from an at home shopping channel. We were so excited, couldn't believe what a great price we got on it considering all the "wonderful" things it can do. AND it's compatible with Vista! I was jumping for joy until the day it got here!

I tried for hours and hours and hours messing with this thing, trying to get it to work and each time NOTHING!! Nothing but silence! I called their customer service and the woman on the phone pretty much thought b/c I was a woman, I must be doing something wrong. Which is sad....really sad! Anyways, when I got off the phone with her, I called our local Best Buy and they said they had been having alot of problems with them and as soon as I told him I have Vista, he said that's the problem. THIS PRINTER IS NOT VISTA COMPATIBLE!!!!!! NO MATTER WHAT ANYBODY TELLS YOU!! We are sending this back today yet I think I may get more satisfaction from throwing in the driveway and running over it with my car!! lol
