The fax to email function of this machine is outstanding. All basic functions of this machine work great.

However, there is a critical bug.

To set up this machine, you put in your email account and password using another computer on your local network.

However, the machine seems to constantly download email messages and make them disappear.

I tested this extensively, then disconnected the fax machine's ethernet connection. Emails stopped disappearing. Then I plugged it back in. Sure enough, the emails all disappeared.

So, if you use this machine, and I strongly recommend it, set up a new email account just for this machine. Then you won't lose any of your email messages.
